Virtual game pad control makes replaying this game a dream. Actually easier to play cause I dont run into walls at all. Loved this game as a kid. So glad they released it for the iPad. Hope they come out with the second one too.

This game takes me back, waaaay back. Its a great port of a game that I havent been able to play on a computer I own in a long time. Theyve even made certain elements and controls more merciful, I think. I hope they port the sequel, if they have the rights to do so.

Im expecting the second episode!!! ;)

When I saw that LBA (also titled Relentless: Twinsens Adventure) was available on the iOS App Store, I was excited, but very skeptical. After having the chance to play this game hands on, I am happy to say that the port not only meets my expectations of the original, but improves on many aspects, namely the controls. The controls took some getting used to, especially when doing the jumping and running puzzles, but very receiving when I took no damage by running into objects or walls. I am very impressed by this port, and am very much looking forward to a port of LBA 2 (Twinsens Odyssey).

I loved LBA/relentless back in 1994 on my PC. From music to graphics to charm, I was enthralled. DotEmu really knocked it out of the park with this port. I must admit, I found the control scheme frustrating before the latest version that introduced a virtual stick. Since then, it has been a joy to play. And this isnt just a game for old timers with a nostalgic memory of this classic - this game is really great even by todays standards. Thanks DotEmu!

I have Twinsens Odyssey and loved that. Never played this one until now. Great series I highly recommend .

If you played this game before, you need to buy this. If you havent, but you appreciate old school action adventure games, you need this as well. Actually, if you are reading this review just buy the game. You wont regret it.

Not only is it true to the original, and a true classic game, but it is also a great game for the iPhone as a mobile app in its own right! I play it for nostalgia but my family loves it and are very new fans. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys puzzle and adventure games!

Nice work on this Relentless port. Has the feel and movement of the original with some control improvements for an iPhone. My only gripe is the lack of music as another reviewer said. Really would help set the tone. Other than that, pretty sick.

This is an amazing game, never thought Id see the day I would be playing this on my phone, but its like the first part of a 2 part, still amazing get but hopefully they are able to do the second game, thanks again you guys for making this happen, seriously thank you

This is a near perfect port of this game. Updated well for iOS (minus upscaled cinematics, but so what?). They even fixed the getting stuck in place while you are getting shot bug! Younger gamers wont get it, Gen Xrs will nerdgasm all over it. Ive not been this excited since Al Lowe ported Leisure Suit Larry to mobile!!

Dotemu did a great job with this port. I especially appreciate the MFI Gamepad support. I hope the give Twinsens Odyssey the same treatment.
